Just installed the 70a version on my 18' 6MT 2.0L. The OEM on this car is the solid version, but still had a lot of dampening. I don't know if the 62a would have been a happy medium, but the 70a is really solid. There is a VERY noticable increase in engine sounds in the cabin now. It sounds like the car has an exhaust inside the car, but still the same volume outside.
The feeling is a lot more connected, and below 2kRPM, there's a lot of vibration/noise. But at higher speeds and RPMs, not a big difference in vibrations or noises. It doesn't shake like it's going to brake, just vibrates like you can actually feel the engine.
I've got a custom tune, running E30 and a front strut bar, and THIS had made the car feel like a track car more than anything else. I didn't think 1 piece would make a night and day difference, but it made my 18' Accord feel like my H22 swapped EK civic! But if you're not a fan of that feeling, and the cabin being louder, I'd stick with the 6MT version. Or maybe try the 62a.
