Two Step Performance & Derek at Innovative MotorWorks present the "TSP R365 Tune", designed for use with the RV6 R365 Drop In Turbocharger and the 2017-2020 Honda Civic Si. This tune also works without any modifications for the 27WON W2 Turbocharger!
This "off the shelf" tuning solution is designed so that you can install your new R365 turbocharger and immediately begin to enjoy it, without the wait and expense of a fully custom tune.
This tune is available in two variants:
- Single Fuel - 93 Octane (see details below)
- Flex Fuel - 25-30% Ethanol Blend (see details below)
Required modifications to use this tune include:
- RV6 R365 Turbocharger OR 27WON W2 Turbocharger (other aftermarket turbochargers not supported)
- KTuner ECU Tuning Device (Hondata not supported)
- Stock or "High Quality" aftermarket intake. Options include: PRL Street, PRL Race, 27Won Performance Street, 27Won Performance Race
- Upgraded downpipe
- Upgraded intercooler
- Upgraded clutch
Power output from our test vehicles was approximately:
300whp / 300 ft lbs tq - 93 Octane
350whp / 350 ft lbs tq - E30 Ethanol Blend
Tune notes:
- FOR USE ONLY WITH RV6 PERFORMANCE'S "RV6 365" TURBO UPGRADE.
- 7000rpm rev limit
- 3500rpm launch limiter
- 5000rpm full throttle shift limiter
- 900rpm idle target when warm
- Map 1 = low boost
- Map 2 = medium boost
- Map 3 = high boost (peak target 28.5psi)
- 93oct STRONGLY recommended (if unavailable, expect lower power output with overall higher knock control operation). If lower quality fuel is used (example, 91 octane), a small amount of E85 (1-1.5gal to a full tank) mixed in is usually enough to improve octane to allowable levels
- For FlexFuel variant, peak power is available at 25%-30% ethanol. The fuel system's limit IS reached by 30%, so care should be taken to limit content to 25-30% MAX.
- Adjustable launch control enabled.
- "Rev hang" disabled (user adjustable)
- All disables / monitors are able to be adjusted by the end user.

Quick Boost By Gear is able to be adjusted by the end user.

On-the-fly boost map switching active for normal and "Sport" modes. (see below)

Throttle Responsiveness & Throttle Padding Settings are allowed to be adjusted by the end user so that the overall feel can be aggressive or more toned down, as desired.
93+ octane REQUIRED. Use of lower grade fuels is NOT tolerated, and will result in power loss.
- 100oct race gasoline is suitable, as long as it does not contain lead.
- The calibration will support up to about 15% ethanol content if necessary to increase knock resistance. For example, you can blend approximately 1 gallon of E85 with 91 octane to achieve the knock resistance required to safely and effectively use this tune.
