Locking Security Screws for the FL5 Civic Type R Rear Spoiler

these arrived quickly, are the correct length and thread pitch, but i have 2 concerns:
1) the driver tip seems fragile, so i may have undertightened (although using blue loctite on the threads means that they shouldn’t loosen with vibration.)
2) even with the included washers, the points of contact with the wing surface are significantly smaller than the heads of the oem screws, so i have a minor concern re: force distribution and the possibility of cracking.
the theft safety factor does override these concerns, so i’m using them. will just need to recheck periodically.

My package arrived quickly, and the installation was easy and problem-free. This product seems like it will provide extra security for my car with the wing.

worth every penny for that peace of mind

Good investment in securing your expensive OEM optional CF wing. If someone really wants it they can still get the wing, but they will need to put forth a lot more effort. Deducting 1 star due to the cost of the hardware as it is just 4 small bolts and washers with the included security driver bit.

I had an issue with the original security bit breaking but TSP was quick to respond and provided fantastic customer service as usual. Very happy with how they handled and resolved my issue.
