Radium 2017+ Honda Civic Type-R Coolant Tank Kit

First and foremost this coolant tank looks amazing. You can tell a lot of thought went into almost every aspect of this tank.

Now the area where it feels like no thought has been given is the gasket for the 2 halves. It's a thin piece of rubber that doesn't fit properly and will crush out the sides of the tank when you tighten down to their specified torque. Additionally, anyone except Radium will tell you to Hondabond the half's for the tank and then put the gasket on. Make sure you also Hondabond the fittings for the view tube.

If you damage the gasket or it starts leaking, it's $25 for a replacement from Radium. And if you read more about this tank on forums, it seems like they like to leak. I love Radium products, but this one feels like a miss.

A well constructed, great looking product. However, it seems to be a known issue that the silver fitting for the clear coolant level tube leaks. Not a huge issue, but requires to be drained and re-sealed with something like hondabond. Other than that, cleans up the engine bay nicely. Would recommend purchasing.
