Industry Leading 60 Day Returns Period

  • Returns are accepted within 60 days of delivery. Authorization from TSP is required prior to sending an item back to us. Please use this portal to request a returned merchandise authorization. 
  • Except in cases of product defect, or an error by Two Step Performance, please note that:
    • The buyer will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning an item. TSP may offer a discounted prepaid return shipping label and deduct the cost of the label from your refund.
    • If a refund is issued to the original payment method, a 3% payment processing fee will apply. This can be avoided by exchanging the product or receiving the refund via store credit. (See Cancellations section below for more details on this fee.)

Policy Exceptions

  • Returned items that are no longer in new / re-sellable condition, either due to product use or defaced/damaged packaging, may be subject to a restocking fee. This fee typically varies from 5-20% and is assessed at the discretion of TSP. We reserve the right to deny the return of any item that we deem to not be re-sellable.
  • Digitally delivered items (TSP Stage Tune Files and similar) are non-refundable. Once the product has been digitally delivered, there is no way to return it, therefore we are unable to refund it. In the event that an error was made during purchasing, we will do our best to work with you by making any corrections necessary. 
  • DRIP / Returns For Sale items are not eligible for return except in the case of an error by Two Step Performance. All DRIP items are sold in "as-is" condition.
  • IMW-related services or tunes are typically not able to be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded. If the order has been processed, we may not be able to offer you a refund or store credit. This is addressed on a case-by-case basis. Includes:
    • ECU Unlocks
    • ECU Cloning
    • Custom e-Tuning
    • TSP FlashPro Tunes

Refused / Undeliverable Orders

  • Any refused or undeliverable orders that are returned to Two Step Performance are processed as standard returns and are subject to the policies as stated above.
  • If you wish to return an order, please do not simply "refuse the package". Instead, please use our standard returns process to avoid delays in processing your return.

Cancellations

  • A 3% fee is applied to all refunds associated with an order cancellation to cover a portion of the expense that TSP incurred for our payment processor to handle your funds.
    • This fee can be avoided if you elect to instead receive store credit to apply towards a future order. 
    • To elaborate, TSP incurs an expense of 3-7% of the total paid each time an order is placed. This fee is not refundable by the payment processor, regardless of whether the order is fulfilled or not. The 3% fee referenced above is not a "profit source" for TSP, it is in place to offset a portion of this expense that results of an action by the customer that is outside of TSP's control. 

Refunds

  • Once your return or exchange is received at our location, we will process your return. Please allow 1-2 business days for returns processing. 
  • Any funds that are refunded are typically reflected on your bank statement within 1-2 business days, depending on your bank.
  • For orders shipped outside of the United States, TSP is not in control of or able to refund any customs or duty charges.

    Warranties

    • All items produced or manufactured by TSP are covered by a limited lifetime guarantee for the original purchaser.

    • Items manufactured by our other vendors are covered by their individual warranty policies. TSP will always assist when at all possible but in some cases it may be required to contact the manufacturer directly for product support.
