"Purchased in mid-August of 2017, the Civic didn't fall short of anything. From its sporty styling to the spirited 1.5-liter turbocharged 4 banger that has put on a whole lot of smiles per gallon. Which on occasion has also called the unpleasant attention of Five-O knocking at my window, oops. ;)  Aside from blowing my transmission earlier this year, I have had nothing but great experiences throughout my ownership. Even though I’ve had a few setbacks I wouldn’t change anything about it. I have learned many valuable lessons and the journey I’ve embarked from day one has consisted of stepping stones to something greater than I could ever imagine. It's amazing how a car can bring so many people together to create such a diverse community of passionate enthusiasts. I have met and befriended so many knowledgeable individuals that have mentored and supported me within the Honda community. I've enjoyed many evening cruises while listening to my Greddy exhaust from behind and the whoosh from my Mishimoto intake upfront. It truly is therapeutic and I can't complain. I strive to progress forward on this build as my vision gradually unravels. Patiently piecing it together while learning along the way."
